Halloween 
This year Halloween was OK not one of my best Halloweens but it was pretty good. I was Jack skellington form the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas". People keeped asking if i was Sia a singer which bugged me lots but I was cool with it. I had on a white wig and some face paint for school not much because the school said no face paint so I just painted a black smile on my face and once I got home I tool a rest and then painted my face all while. I was pretty happy with what I did this year maybe I'll cosplay once I start working who knows only time can tell. I have a plan already on who I might be for next year but ill just have to wait and see. 
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People 

Habit 1: Be Proactive 
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger." 

It is true we do have the power to make are own destiny we choose what we want to do we choose what we make of are life. The power is in us that make are destiny fun and to make it a happy one but sometimes things happen in life and we can't help but be a little sad but its up to us to get out of it. Really we all have the power to do something we just need to find it and stay on are path to are destiny. We are on the driver seat so we get to go where we want to go.



Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind 
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)
"When you know where you intend to end up,you know where you are now" (Covey)

Think about where you are now and what your goal is and keep it in mind all the time. Having it in mine helps you keep going and the tasks you do along the way while you do them having it in mine helps you no go on the wrong path. I have a goal in mine and I have a plan in my mine on how am going to do it. I keep doing what I do knowing and remembering my goal helps me keep going. This is a good way to keep motivated on what we do everyday it works for me so maybe it could work for other people


Habit 3: Put First Things First 
"Organize and execute around priorities"
Taking control on your life is something you really have to do because if you let others take control for you then you could end up somewhere you don't want to be. Are life should be left in are hands
not others we know where we want to be and it should be up to us to head the way we want. The things we want to do should be what we aim for while the things we want to do now should be put on hold if it hurts the things we put for first. Everyday we will choose things that might hurt what we put up first so we have to make sure that we choose what helps the first thing.




Habit 4: Think win-win
 "Think win-win or no deal"
 We always have to keep are first goal in mine when we do something. If what we do is not a win for are goal then we shouldn't be doing it. If it is a win for are goal then we should. Its are to keep a goal in mine while we choose things in are daily life but in the end when we get to are goal we put first we would maybe do that
same for another goal we have in mine.


Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood 
"Diagnose before you prescribe" 
You have to understand yourself and what your doing so people could understand you. With understanding yourself and finding your way people would see what you want to do and it would become clear to them that you know what your trying to do. They will understand you and they wont just see you and think this kid doesn't know what there  doing with there life or where there heading. 





Habit 6: Synergism

"The whole is greater then the sum of its parts (1+1=3)"

Doing something alone is a bit harder to do then doing something with someone else. Yes sometimes people want to work alone and they fine it easier but when it comes down to a big project having a helping hand can work out in the end. Doing something so big like that by themselves can make the person stress out but knowing that you have a helping hand doing some of the work for you takes some of the stress of from whatever your working on.



Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
The Four Dimensions of Self-Renewal Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social/Emotional

We all need a refill on ares in life but sometimes we forget a place to refill on and we never really have all of them full. We have to refresh are self's to have all of are energy do the things we do 100%. We can still do things with some of the ares unfilled but we wont feel are best. Its also unheathly sometimes for these areas to be week an example would be the mind area. This area to be very low could be unheathly because maybe your stress out other things this is why you should take sometime to refill it so you can be less stress out.
